- SEscott elliottDec 10, 20251.0I had my PO Box for more than 30 years. This past year I was never sent a (july) box rent due notice, I was unaware when my rent was due. I continued to use my PO Box for another 4.5 months, then I find someone else's mail in my box. I go to the counter and say this was mistakenly put in my box. The man told me thank you for pointing this out to me. Then I asked, BTW. When is my rent due....he looked it up and told me you didn't pay your rent and was 4.5 months past due and we gave your box to someone else. I said WHAT????????? Are you serious????? I asked him why didn't you lock the box and let me know.....I had this box for my business for more than 30 years. He went on to say I will call the police if you ever ever ever go in that box again. I just don't understand how he can justify a mistake that he made... I wish I could give negative 5 stars

Also, to the review below…every single time I have taken a package there I have had zero issues. Use pirate ship, print your label, tape everything up at home, and bring it in. I can assure you that you will have no issues if you do it the right way. You cannot expect them to do all of the work when they are there to scan and mail it, not package it.

You're in the business of mailing packages and you make a lot of money doing it. Cmon man. Just put in a little more effort. No wonder why Trump has to bail you out.
