We regularly go without receiving our mail for a week or more at a time , even having our mail preview, so we know what should be coming. I’ve been to the post office several times to try to clear up issues to no avail.

I went there because I had mailed an important package and through tracking I was able to see that it was stuck in St. Louis. When I arrived, the young lady at the desk immediately noticed that I was upset (though I had not said a word) and kindly asked if there was a problem. After briefly describing my issue, she set to work and within minutes was able to tell me that my package had been scanned and should be delivered early next week. She was exceptionally responsive to my concerns and very helpful. Considering all of the mail that passes through the post office, I have had very few problems -- it's nice to know that when there is a problem, there is someone who is empathic.
