  The atmosphere in the store was very calm and pleasant. The customer service agent was very polite, and quickly assisted me with my return. I was greeted when I walked in, and she thanked me after completing the return. Great location!

  Great experience today at the UPS Store in Glenwood IL. Associate by the name of Ebony provided fast, professional, and friendly service during this peak Saturday time.

  Overall great experience! The staff there are very helpful and patient. The store smelled very nice with scents of fall and clean. Even when it’s busy the staff remain very patient and helpful. Keep up the great work Ups Store 7235!!!

  I had an appalling experience at this UPS Store in 18300 S Halsted, beginning with the manager, Ella. I dropped off notarized closing documents on Saturday, November 1st and paid for overnight priority with guaranteed 10:30 AM delivery on Tuesday, November 4th. These documents were critical for a real estate closing scheduled for Wednesday, November 5th. By the morning of the 5th, the package still had not left Chicago. Tracking showed that the shipping label was only created at 2:00 AM on November 4th—days after I dropped it off. When I went to the store for answers, the staff was not only dismissive, but openly rude. There was zero effort to help resolve the issue. When I pointed out that the label was created long after I dropped off the package, they simply insisted the package was “not in the store” and offered no explanation. What was most unbelievable was Ella’s behavior. She came out from the back, refused to identify herself as the manager, offered no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to assist. Instead, she told me to “step aside” so she could help other customers—as if I was a disruption—then passed me off to her staff. I was told the manager was not available and would call me within 24–48 hours. No one ever called. It wasn’t until later that I discovered she is the manager (not sure if she's the owner), which made the lack of professionalism even worse. Because of this store’s negligence, the closing in New York had to be canceled. The financial and logistical fallout was significant, and entirely avoidable. I resent the documents through FedEx, and that shipment arrived exactly when promised. I will never use UPS again, and especially not this location. The absence of accountability, basic customer service, or even common courtesy was astonishing. If I could give negative stars, I would. PS: FedEx delivered on time—exactly as guaranteed.

  UPDATE: this store I am being told is owned by Ebony Allen- per Ashley and jordan who refused to pick up my calls today. My package is still at this location, after it was dropped off to be shipped yesterday overnight. Today, Saturday 3pm- the package is still there and they printed the label at 1pm. Unreal. Corporate will be contacted. Inept people working at this location. Not only did I spend 130 dollars for an overnight package- they are now ignoring my phone call. So whomever is working Oct 25 Saturday 2pm, a young male and a young female- this is the reasoning for this zero star rating. And I will be filing a claim. I never received my package and I am just learning that only the label was created- it has not even left Glenwood location.
