- AIAida IsmailovaDec 22, 20251.0I would put zero if I could. The service is terrible, no help about any information. Also, the lady that delivers mail to W Lake Ave is the rudest in the world. My young son wanted to say Merry Xmas to her and she snapped at us that she is busy and people should never speak to them, shouting in a very loud voice inside our building. This is not acceptable and highly unprofessional.

The employee wanted me to purchase tape because she wouldn't accept the way I had taped mine, and she wouldn't let me write my address on a paper. She also started to get aggressive with me instead of helping me. I hope she gets looked into. This was a Monday morning at 9am. Other USPS office would accept how I taped it, or tape it themselves if they werent happy with it or even let me borrow a piece of tape instead of aggressively telling me to buy a complete roll for $4. Other USPS also give you a shipping label. This place is a rip off. Find another USPS.
