- MAMarci AdilmanFeb 23, 20261.0Need a document scanned? Buyer beware!! I walked into the store and asked if they offer document scanning services. The woman working said yes and I gave her two 25-page documents to scan and then be emailed to me. I didn’t see any pricing listed anywhere and assumed (wrongly) that the cost would be minimal. She completed the job and THEN announced that the cost is $1.20 per scanned page. I was shocked! Why wasn’t that info shared before she scanned 50 pages for me??! She just shrugged her shoulders. I would expect to pay max. $10 for this type of service, not $60!! Corporate needs to review this pricing structure as well as the absence of costs for services listed in the store. Truly, that price is absurd for the service received (pushing the Scan button 2 times)!!
