  Incredibly rude cashier! While I was standing in line a cashier was having difficulty understanding how to help the customer before me. So she asked her coworker who was standing right there at the Amazon return desk and the response she got from her coworker was rude and dismissive, telling her “don’t look at me I can’t help you”. And then she begrudgingly gave her some tips. In the meantime, a long line was forming behind the cashier who was confused about how to help a customer. When another customer asked the cashier who was behind the Amazon return desk if there was anyone else that could check us out she rudely told him no. But then she came over to another station. I put down a receipt to indicate that I was returning my item. Apparently she didn’t see the receipt and thought I was buying it and then blamed me for putting it underneath the item. Her attitude was incredibly snippy and rude and then she said it’s because of rude customers. I will never return to the Staples store again. Not only was she rude to customers , she was very rude to her coworker who clearly needed her help. I didn’t catch her name, but she had blond hair.

  I went in to Staples this morning with my baby to return some amazon packages. I walked over to the costumer service desk. Renee, the sales manager, was there checking a customer out. I was waiting at the customer service desk to be attended. Then two more customers got in line to check out. I wasn’t in a rush, so I didn’t mind if she attended the other customers first. When Renee had finished with all the remaining customers, she made eye contact with me and walked away. She made no effort to approach me or help me. She did not bother to tell me if someone else would be coming or anything. The way she looked at me, I truly felt discriminated against. I was the only Latina there waiting at the time. She chose to be rude and walk away as if I wasn’t there with my baby waiting. After about 5 more minutes of waiting, a different employee came and assisted me. The other employee apologized and claimed Renee should have been here to help me out. When I found out that Renee was the sales manager, I was truly shocked because no manager should treat a customer that way.
