Asked for help on an item that showed plenty of stock online, the Staples employee I spoke to didn’t even try to help. Just told me the website has nothing to do with the actual store. Which is interesting because their store is exactly what I set to search what was available for the 30 minute pickup. Do not recommend shopping this store period. Go spend your hard earned money elsewhere for better customer service.

Extremely disappointing and annoying, they should just close this store since the hospitality is not even good. No one greets you when you walk in and it’s annoying having to go all the way around the registers to exit when you can’t even find what you need. (online said they had what I needed and they did not)

Overall, people saved the day. I have shopped at this location, and will continue to do so, mainly because of the personnel.

Trying to talk to the lady at the copy printing section and she decides to just sit there on the other side as I try to ask about a specific paper. Useless trash. On top of that their stupid printers don't even work. What a blood boiling experience of stupidity.

I recieved no reward credits. Still needed the cartridge, but dont like deceptive come-ons to buy and recieve a good deal, then getting nothing but full price. Also said most cartridges recycling brought in a $1 to $3.00 credit, but my cartridge HP 35A got zero credit when I recycled, with no explanation.
