When I placed my very first order, I was trying to order UV DTF, because I had no idea what I was doing, I ordered the wrong thing. I had ordered DTF. When I sent the email explaining that I had no idea what I was doing and asking if I had ordered the right thing, not only did he explain what I had actually ordered, he also explained what I had intended to order, how to use it, and how to order it properly. Here we are 19 orders later, the quality of the product and service is still impeccable!
