My mom's birthday is tomorrow and there are all these signs saying that they carry Party City Balloons now. I pick out one Balloon for $19.99. I'm waiting at the counter and manager ask me if I want to schedule a pick up time for my one Balloon, I said no I just need this one filled. He tells me that I have to schedule an appointment givinh 24hr notice in order to get this one Balloon blowen up. No where is there any signage or posting on their website either stating this. This is beyond baffling. I stood there shocked for real. So he had time schedule my appointment but couldn't fill this one Balloon. Never again.
