I usually walk in with anywhere from 25 to 60 pieces of mail that need to be individually posted, and not once have I ever been made to feel like an inconvenience. Over time, I’ve gotten to know the team, and Louis and Mekia are absolutely fantastic—kind, patient, and always willing to help. I never thought I’d say this, but I genuinely look forward to going to the post office because of them. Highly recommend this location!

She was super helpful, very knowledgeable and patient, she helped me with what I needed and honestly made my day with how great her attitude was! She insisted that I had to buy a roll of tape from them, which just indicates how poorly the USPS system is doing. She reluctantly agreed to tape my label, then when she scanned my barcode she informed me that it was invalid. It was printed earlier that day directly from amazon. I knew she was lying. I went to another USPS location and shipped the package with no problem. It's horrible employees like her and terrible customer service that is killing the USPS industry. I will always try to avoid using USPS and will certainly never return to this location.

This one lady is consistently rude and seems more interested in chatting with coworkers than showing any interest to customers. A little courtesy would go a long way—basic manners shouldn’t be too much to ask. The attitude is unacceptable and makes for a very unpleasant experience. If management cares at all, they should address this immediately.
