Some red haired lady was horrible to me she said “just because it says it’s going to be there that day doesn’t mean it will.” and was openly huffing and puffing acting like i was wasting her time. She asked me to read to her my tracking number then said i was being to quiet and yelled at me to be louder. I’ve seen multiple reviews stating how horrible she is with customers and my only concern is why the heck is she getting by with it? Treat people how you want to be treated for gods sake.
