  The employees are always extremely willing to help. I fumble with my phone to find Amazon code and they are patient and helpful. If I have a package to return to Amazon the return usually takes less than a minute. The next person jumps on the next person in line, instead of messing around in between customers

  There was no waiting, even though there was a steady stream of customers coming in. The lady at the counter was smiling and said “I can help you here!” She was fast and efficient.

  At the beginning of December I went to return a wedding dress that didn’t fit to its original sender for a refund. It had a pre paid usps label and I was told by staff that I could drop my package off at this location. They scanned it & took along with another package that was through UPS. My dress was never picked up by USPS. I went to all the local USPS stores and they had no record of it being there . I went to UPS again and the manager was extremely rude and offered no help and put the blame on USPS. I asked could he check his system or run the cameras back to see what happened to my package. He refused. Acted like I was a burden and walked off. My husband came back to inquire and he was rude to him & told him he was close to calling the police on me . Just because I inquired about a package I trusted with them. He claimed I was yelling at him yet he never came over to talk to me and had his short rude conversation from 4 registers over. All I wanted to know is what happened to my package with this expensive item in it. He walked off. I haven’t experienced this bad of customer service in years. I don’t know if he hates his job or his personal life. But the experience was disgusting and unprofessional. When asked his name (to call corporate later)he gave me a fake name . I truly believe one of the workers saw that I had a wedding dress and took it for their own. Since I was told they would package it for me as well during drop off.To not offer help I’m sure it was stolen . It’s just sick because it was the holidays. My package was expensive, I’m 7 months pregnant and I won’t get my money back because now the deadline to return has been missed . It seems like they hire anybody now a days after Covid. So disappointed in how it all turned out it makes me sick! *** response *** The owner relied back to my review and basically accused me of abusing his staff which I would never do . I didn’t yell at anyone . And to threaten to call the police because I inquired about my missing package is sick . I am a pregnant navy veteran and this is what I get for defending my country . Being ignored . And being accused of yelling at a 60 year old man who was over 500 ft away from me and never even came close to address my concerns . I don’t wish this type of customer service on anyone . It was sickening especially since they were at fault for losing or stealing whatever happened to my package. I did not yell or raise my voice & I was treated like crap. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a minority or a woman but it was the worse experience I’ve ever had in a UPS store . Just because I am of color does NOT mean I was yelling or rude . I received NO help whatsoever when inquiring about my package. Which by the way is still lost and untraceable. Please do not apply that I was abusing anyone in any way shape or form . I am well educated with multiple degrees and work with disabled and sick people. So NO I don’t live my life abusing others at all . Do not misrepresent my character because your employees lost/ stole my merchandise and was rude to me .
