The clerk changed the zip code to my package and I have waited all day for them to redirect the package to the right address and they tell me they are too busy to take care of something they messed up. The post master was to call me 3 different times and not once has she called me on this issue and another issue on getting a package delivered to New York. I called the post office to tell them I have not received a call back and the person told me she is alone in the office and didn't have time to worry about my package. When I said I needed to find out how to put in a complaint because the post master never calls on issues she then told me she was the post master. If she really was I don't know but service at Genoa has gone way down. By the way I am not Alex Wagner. I am Betty Dumont but there is no way to change the name.
