  If I could leave TEN stars I would. Chris and Emma are the most amazing owners of any business I've ever had the please of doing working with. They are both extremely personal, honest, and knowledgeable. This store is always impeccably clean. The mailbox system (what brought me to them) is outstanding ! Easy, convenient, practical, well laid out and thought out. They run this store likes it's their home (full of Heart). We sold our house in Geneva, bought a house in Florida, and I still work seasonal in Illinois with staying in our RV, so using the Mailbox system was the perfect answer to my situation. Walking into the store, not having much of a clue how it really worked, Chris walked me through every step of the path ! I walked out of there very happy and confident, with a secure way and place to have my mail and packages too delivered. They even email me every time I have a package arrive for me, so I could stop by and pick it up. That is just how great they really are. I highly recommend this store: 1144 East State in Geneva, IL 60134 with Chris and Emma running the show !! Thank you both for everything ! Ray

  I visit the store often and have always had a pleasant experience! This last time I visited, I was helped by Chris, and in result of my disorganization I brought in eight returns all in incorrect bags. Chris was extremely helpful and polite and helped me organize my entire return, while also giving the same politeness to other customers who walked in! Thank you, Chris!

  I recently discovered this UPS Store tucked away between McDonald's and Fuller's Car Wash, behind the Amoco gas station in Geneva—and I'm so glad I did! It's truly a hidden gem. The owner and his employee are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always go above and beyond to help. Whether it's shipping, returns, or just answering questions, their customer service is top-notch. Even though it's near my office, I’d honestly drive out of my way on the weekend just to come here because of how helpful and pleasant the experience always is. Highly recommend this location if you value great service and a personal touch!

  I often send packages across the country and never worry about them getting there, thanks to the expert knowledge and skill of Chris and his staff. On my last visit, I needed a fragile and oddly-shaped item packed and Chris and Chase went out of their way to make sure I was charged the minimum amount for maximum service. They are pros and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my shipping needs!
