- TKTetiana KapatsJan 23, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. A package from Ukraine was returned without any delivery attempt or notification. I checked my mailbox daily and never received a delivery slip/door tag or any notice. I’ve received international packages (including from Ukraine) many times before using other services and always got a notice — this is the first time this happened when decided to work with usps. When I went to my local post office to ask for help, the clerk was dismissive, stayed on her phone, and initially refused to assist until I insisted. After I provided the tracking number, she only said the package was in Poland at that moment and rudely refused any further help or documentation. This lack of notice caused my package to be returned with no opportunity to pick it up. Management should investigate why no notice was left and address the unprofessional behavior at this location.
