My item has been delayed so many times and it’s just been sitting in the same place since it’s October 22 and has not moved I’m actually so frustrated because I needed this order by the 31st and I can’t even return it until I receive the item. I tried calling many times not one person picks up and I don’t even know what to do because there’s been no updates this place needs to be shut down corporate needs to see what’s happening. and it’s not like I live by there so I can’t just drive up to the post office. I’m 17 hours away.
