Although we went so close to closing the customer service that we received was exceptional. Zandrea, the employee that helped us, took her time to explain everything and ensure that all our needs were met. She was very mindful when boxing our items and even allowed us to verify that the information we input was correct. The whole time she had a smile on her face and she provided us with a quality experience. She was very polite and reassuring throughout our interaction with her. I would like to mention that she was social and made sure we felt welcomed from when we initially entered the store up until when we left. While this was our first time at this location I am happy to say that it was beyond expectations. Coming into the store I was expecting to see an employee that was upset ( we went close to closing) but honestly that was not the case. She was amazing and DHL should be proud to have an employee like her working for them. It’s interactions like these that make customers want to come back. Any future items that need to be shipped will def go through DHL. For anyone reading this I HIGHLY recommend this company and especially if Zandrea is working. 12/10 experience overall! Hope the company gives her the recognition she deserves!

My package that was shipped from India was sent from the Franklin Park location to Lima, Peru two days ago instead of being delivered to Chicago. This happens even after I paid import taxes . There has been no update on the location of package for past to days and I am not even sure if I’ll ever receive it .
