Email said it would arrive on Monday the 10th so I took Monday off because it had to be signed for it there was no update on email and they tried to deliver on Friday while I was working an email was sent to say it was being delivered in one hour on Friday I don't have access to my email when I'm at work. When I did see the email after work I tried to call to see if I could pick it up after work but they only have an automated phone system and you can't talk to a real person the automated system set me up to pick it up on Tuesday not Monday and it needed to be sent back to Ireland ASAP so it's going to be two days late and I won't be using DHL.

Paid custom duties at 7 AM that day, at 2 PM I got I call telling me I have dues to be paid. I told whoever called me I already paid it and asked if my parcel will be delivered like it said it would. She told me I don’t know, I only collect dues. Well, still haven’t gotten my parcel and they’re apparently close on weekends.

I was trying to send paperwork to Mexico and the clerk informed me you need a CURP number I asked what that was, and she told me you can read the form. She just gets told what to do, but has no further information. I find that hard to believe seeing as she works there. I found her very unprofessional and unpleasant as she clearly wanted to go back to the back room where you could hear music playing. Unfortunately, I have to use DHL but I would rather drive to another location with the hopes I get someone who is more respectful because this location is not it.

He got out of his truck and tried to fight me and tried to run me off the road. Totally unprofessional behavior that’s uncalled for. Hope there will be action taken for this drivers actions
