  Zandrea în the Franklin Park office was very professional, answered all questions completely, and gave me a promotional code for a discount t which I greatly appreciated! She is the best DHL rep I’ve encountered in all the times I’ve sent DHL shipments.

  Used the send to locker option so we could pick up our packages, lady on the counter greeted us with a smile, she was awesome, makes a nice change to get great customer service.

  They charge premium rates but deliver very poor service. I was at home during the first delivery attempt, yet the driver falsely reported that I was not available.

  UPD: after reading other negative reviews, i realized we are not the only ones, it's an absolutely normal practice for drivers to skip your home and send you a notification that you weren't at home 🤡... The funny thing is that we had a DHL delivery prior to this one and the gentleman did get out of his truck, approached the building, called intercom and delivered the package! Must've been a miracle! I guess the next time i should be on the street holding a huge poster "DHL, I AM HOME, PLEASE GIVE ME MY PACKAGE" 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 UPD from Jan 21st, 2026: the driver did call us this time, but we didn't respond (the phone was off since there are too many scammers and the driver's phone number is from KY - HOW DO WE KNOW IT'S YOU, DHL?!?!?!) so he didn't even care to leave the truck and call intercom... DHL, this is the worst experience ever... even USPS wasn't that hurtful😭😭😭😭😭😭 shame on you for the service you provide... when i talked to the agent yesterday, i asked her to leave a note that both of us will be at home... and the driver didn't care... absolutely ridiculous... Complaint about DHL DRIVERS. 1. My husband and i were at home expecting the package. Suddenly, we got a notification that delivery attempt was not successful lol. We ran out of the house and saw the truck several feet from our home, approached it and asked the driver about the package. He said "oh, i thought it's a business address and thought you were closed". He was too lazy to leave the truck, do three steps and call intercom. He just assumed 🤡 2. Was expecting a package today, Jan 20th 2026. My husband sent me the map for tracking. I was literally on the street waiting for the truck that was 3-2 stops away. Then suddenly, it passed by me quickly and LEFT WITHOUT STOPPING, CALLING OR DOING AN ACTUAL ATTEMPT TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE. I was like ok, maybe there's another truck, BUT HELL NO!!! I GOT A NOTE SAYING THE DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL BECAUSE NO ONE WAS HOME!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!! I WAS ON THE STREET WAITING FOR YOU TO STOP!!! NO NEED TO EVEN CALL INTERCOME OR APPROACH THE BUILDING!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
