Not knocking the employees, but 3/3 of the times I have been there to get a product delivered, I had to go to Dixon or over to Ashton. Refer to the pic. On 13June, it was "our for delivery". Never got it til the 14th. Why it went from Dixon to Pecatonica is beyond me. Bad logistics. 2024 update. Why am I having to pick up a package at the post office? I dont even have a PO box? Why is this post office incapable of delivering a package? This post office is not deserving of one star. You get negative stars.

The hours of operation are already very limited, and they often come late on Saturdays giving you even less time that they're open. Some of the staff is really friendly, they at least have that going for them.
