- JWJohn WinklerOct 18, 20251.0I want to start with. This is in noway a reflection of the lady at the counter who tried to help me. I had a notice stuck to my door for an undeliverable item. I went to the pist office on Thursday the lady couldn't find it. So she copied the form and took my number saying a supervisor/manager would call me when they find it. Saturday I get a letter in the mail saying to pickup same said package. And if I didn't it would be returned to sender on the 23rd. Today is the 18th. So I go back only to be told my item was sent back due to it being unavailable to be delivered. I never received a call from the manager, they returned it earlier then the letter said it would. The nice lady at the counter asked if I wanted to talk to the manager. I said no because they either have no pride in their job to do want thru were supposed. Or they have no idea how to do it. Quite frustrating they are paid for a service yet their management has no pride to ensure it gets completed.

I was left a note at my door that a recent package I dropped off to ship was undeliverable due to insufficient postage. So today I went to pick it up but was told I had to pay the remaining postage just to reclaim it (even though it literally never left the Frankfort facility.) Mind you, not the remaining postage to ship it to its destination, but simply to take possession of my property and walk out the door with it. I asked if she could clarify the policy with a Supervisor so she went and “talked to one” and then came back and said the Supervisor was unsure. She left it on the counter for a brief second and I grabbed it and said “I’m taking my property you were unable to ship for me, if it’s a problem call the police.” And I walked out the door with my “undeliverable package.”
