- KSKathy SpearingNov 12, 20251.0I had to expedite an Amazon return at this location. They charged me $212 for shipping and the item value was $700. UPS tracking showed the shipment as delayed for nearly 2 months. I finally learned that UPS lost my package this week. Since I was outside of the 60 day estimated delivery period, the UPS location will not refund my shipping cost nor the value of the shipped item claiming “those decisions are made by Corporate.” UPS lost the package and they are not taking any responsibility. Do not use this location. Terrible.

- BBBenAug 11, 20254.0It is usually very quick and easy to do an Amazon return here. The employees always just take my item and scan it and I am on my way. This time even though there was no one else in the store the lady didn’t want to be bothered to take care of me and told me to go use the self kiosk. I had no idea that was even there. I also had no idea how to use it. She had to come over there and help me anyways when I didn’t know what to do. Would have been faster for both of us if she just did it like every other employee has done in the past.
