  This is a shoutout to Owen at the UPS store in Fox River Grove. He was two weeks on the job and running the place ALONE! We brought him five large boxes three of which he had to pack. He was handling incoming patrons, trying to finish our boxes and answering phones and questions. It was a super busy day and he handled the work and himself very well. Shame on management for not having two people in the store. One for additional help and one for your employees safety.

  Empathy I feel is what everyone likes these days however, I could feel the owner empathized with me. Why do I say this? I was with my son and I was running late. I was I would say very late because it was past their closing time on a Sunday. And he could’ve easily not accepted my package, which we wanted to send it for almost like two weeks and today was the last day the package QR code was going to be active. They were cleaning the store and the doors were locked however, Vinith Goyal decided that he’ll do something extra extraordinary by helping the single father in distress. He not only opened the door waited for my son and my big package to get Hauled in, but he even helped me get printed and didn’t even charge for it. I thanked them multiple times for a kind gesture and left the store with a big smile on my face. I know he could have easily said no, but he decided not to. And here I am sending a five star review for someone who spreads smile..
