- HSHelen ShepardFeb 20, 20181.0Poor experience though the phone line when im trying to find out about my mail my mail is coming from louisville ky to forestpark ill my sister has not recieved her mail yet and it's almost been month i mail the letters on jan 27, 2018 and here it is feb 20, 2018 i put everything correctly on the envelope she gave to me she lives in forestpark ill y hasn't she gotten it yet nor did it not come back to me either....this wrong what's the hold up on her mail you guys need to look into your mail more carefully and take pride in what you all do if not if you dont like your job then damnt quick thats how i feel about this my sister hasnt gotten her letters freaking yet and im pissed off about it 😠😠😠😠
