The lady at the front desk, like all the other reviews I’m reading, dreads and in a mask, was INCREDIBLY rude to her. She told my girlfriend that she had done it all wrong then proceeded to tear up the package in front of my girlfriend. The package, keep in mind, she spent weeks on for my birthday. My girlfriend later called me, in the parking lot, in tears over how rude this lady was. My girlfriend has sent me multiple packages and has done every single one of them the same as it comes to the customs forms. She went to a different usps, they said she was right, and we even called the usps headquarters and they said we were right. So this one star doesn’t just go to the lady that obviously doesn’t know what she’s talking about, clearly doesn’t know her job, incredibly rude to costumers, but also to the rest of the staff and management there that allows her to obviously be rude to costumer after customer, which is highlighted through these reviews. This is the first review I have ever given but I’m going to go make a second review after this with the google website on how they should allow a 0 star because that’s exactly what this place would’ve gotten and deserved.
