    Worst shipping experience of my life. No customer support and no humans anyone who ever complains of USPS has never used FedEx.

    This was my first visit to this FedEx location. I came in to drop off four pre-packaged returns at the counter — NO LINE, no fuss, seemed simple enough. The associate scanned one item and asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes. Then, without any explanation, she cleared her screen and led me to the self-service station like I had just enrolled in “FedEx 101,” handing me each package while watching me scan them. If I’d wanted the self-service option, I would’ve used it. I simply expected a standard counter drop-off and a receipt — not a surprise tutorial. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily patronizing and awkward. Didn’t realize counter service came with a tutorial these days.
