  I've been so patient and understanding with shipping delays. However, I don't feel like it's being reciprocated. I've talked to 2 managers about a lost package, left my number and contact info. They take my number and never call with any updates. If you're not going to review the camera for my package, please be honest and say you can't help. I wish the customer service was better.

  This FedEx location is pretty ok with everything, except the speediness of their service. Every time I have shipped a package from here, it has taken so long (15-20min) just to send a small 2-5 pound package. I always bring my shipping label filled out with all the information on it, but it still takes them forever. This 15-20 minutes is without a previous line at the counter. I usually get there when there is not a line, but there is usually a line by the time the person is finished with me. Please try to be faster guys!
