  I went today around 11:50am to drop off a package and I experienced something that made me upset!!! The employees were very rude and racist to a Hispanic man , the employees were 1 Indian guy and 2 black guys working in the front desk, they were laughing at this customer because he didn’t know any English even the way they were raising their voice at this older man , I found this very disrespectful and racist and upsetting, I offered to help to translate, I don’t know where they hire these guys from bur if this was my store this wouldn't be acceptable . Please look at your camaras between 11:50am-12pm

  I just now called the store to inquire about taking a passport photo. The man that answered the phone asked if he could help and I asked him if they take passport photos. He began talking but not answering my question. I didn't understand so I asked if he's talking to me. He said he's talking to two people at once. I told him he's confusing me. Professionalism out the window. He was rude, disrespectful and refused to give me his name. I'll go to the Oak Lawn location where I'm sure to be treated with respect. To the owner: If the store is busy then the employee should have politely placed me on hold. He didn't want to give his name because he was wrong but stated the reason he wouldn't is that the store is a private company. I think it's ridiculous that you as an owner would rather lie to me and defend your employee. I went to Walgreens, it was cheaper anyways.

  I visited the Evergreen Park UPS Store to send a return. I was not able to access the needed website to pull up the QR code. I stepped out the store and even returned to my car and was still not able to access the needed QR code. Muhammad was able to assist and finally get what was needed. His customer service was superior as well as that of his colleagues. They were all patient, pleasant and professional as I felt a bit of panic as today was the last day my return was eligible for a refund. I greatly appreciated the assistance and grace that I was shown.
