This post office hours are never clear. If you follow what’s on google, you will be disappointed. They always open late or close early.

This location is listed as a passport/passport photo location. I scheduled an appointment at 12pm for a passport with photo. I arrived at 11:50am. When you have a passport appointment, you do not have to stand in line according to Niecy (customer service rep). One of the customer service reps took me immediately after she was taking care of the person she was already taking care of when I got to the counter she said their camera wasn’t working so I had to go to UPS down the street to take a passport photo and that I can keep my appointment & she would take care of me when I got back. When I got back, the lady that took care of was not there (maybe she was on break), but the other lady, Niecy, that was there heard everything that was said, there were 2 people in line. Niecy decided to take care of them first after she acknowledged I was just there for a 12pm appointment. I told her that I had an appointment I needed to catch, but Niecy did not care. She said, “We were trying not to cancel your appointment” and I said, “I was here before my scheduled time & it’s not the customer’s fault your camera isn’t working.”After she took care of the 2 ladies that were in line, she told me to come to the counter and someone else walked in. Niecy told me to get my paperwork together and that she was going to take the person that walked in. I told her no, that I had another appointment and my paperwork was already together and she still took the person that walked in as I was standing at the counter. This is unprofessional and piss poor customer service. I asked her to go get a supervisor & she looked like she was going to take the people that just walked in so I asked her, “Are you going to go get the supervisor or are you going to ignore me again and take care of them first?”. So then she stared and me and we had a brief stare-off. She walked to the back to get a supervisor. The supervisor walked out with her face all torn up & asked me what happened. I told her everything and she said she would talk to Niecy about it and she apologized. I would have still made my next appointment even after having to go to UPS to take a photo, but I missed my 2nd appointment because of Niecy’s horrible customer service. Will never go to this location again.

The people there are always helpful. They appear to be short staffed usually one or two clerks at the front counter. But they serve me well!
