Finally today one employee says they are able to so I wait 20 minutes in line only to be told by another employee the system is down and they don’t know when it will be back up. They keep recommending a further post office when this one is quite literally 5 minutes from my house. Not their fault it’s down but you’d think they’d all be on the same accord when it comes to availability. And USPS needs to make sure all equipment is working what’s the point of a close location if I can’t get what I need done!!??
