  The minute I walked in was a pleasant experience. The employee with employee number 380388 was above and beyond kind and it really just made my day. I made a point to tell him but in this world with crabby people everywhere he stood out! Helpful, kind, knowledgeable.

  I visited the Evergreen Park UPS Store to send a return. I was not able to access the needed website to pull up the QR code. I stepped out the store and even returned to my car and was still not able to access the needed QR code. Muhammad was able to assist and finally get what was needed. His customer service was superior as well as that of his colleagues. They were all patient, pleasant and professional as I felt a bit of panic as today was the last day my return was eligible for a refund. I greatly appreciated the assistance and grace that I was shown.

  I lived in the area for about a year, I've come to this place for a few times, parking at times can be hard to find despite that this UPS store has never been crowded. The wait time is not bad, and the workers are quick and efficient, I usually come in and come out quick

  I was waiting for a package from my employer that I needed urgently. I watched the tracking updates online and eventually received a text saying your package is now available for pickup. I headed to the store and when it was my turn in line, I showed the clerk my notice and ID and she said she did not see it in the system. Another associate working on another task, yelled over we have not received the packages in the system yet. Period. No "give us a few minutes", "let me finish this", nothing. I just stepped out of line and stood by the door. I guess that employee that made the statement noticed I wasn't leaving, so she eventually went to the back and grabbed a box. She then said does the tracking end in xxxx? Not directly to me just talking out loud. I stepped back to the counter and said yes. She then went on to say that my name wasn't on it and that they labeled it wrong. I pointed to my name.
