- LDLorie DillonJan 30, 20261.0This post office used to be okay but, more recently, I went several days in a row to see if someone could answer a problem I was having receiving mail. No help. Today, I tried to send back something to a retailer with a prepaid label. The postal worker clearly didn't understand that the labels for returns are automated. It's not like buying a custom label at the post office. How do they not know how returns by mail work? So sad. I generally support the idea of the post office but the customer service quality and problems are inexcusable.

Her employer should see how she talks to people. This is not right. Moreover she just stayed on her chair and threw my package like a basketball in a bucket.
