  Worst UPS store I’ve ever used by a longshot. Waited in line 20 minutes just to drop off a package that was already labeled because the kiosk wasn’t working and the bin was full, only to be lectured by the guy that I should’ve used the kiosk. He was the only one working there and he was slow and rude. The fax machine, computer and printer were all having problems, and this UPS store seems to have set their own prices for those services higher than normal. Just go to a different UPS store, don’t even bother here.

  I came to drop off a package I was selling through Poshmark. Sergio helped me choose a package and the whole process was smooth and quick!

  Young man with dreds (maybe twisties)closing today gave no dam about his job or about attending the customer. I asked for his name and he gave me about 3 different ones, he thought it was funny that I asked him his name. Just another terrible visit at this location. HAD to use UPS to return something. Walked in at least 2 min. before closing (didn’t realize the time). Waited for clerk, no one is in the store, young man with dreds casually comes in, busy on his phone he says “we’re closed already”. Im like but the door was open and I was here before closing time. He’s like “we’re closed bye”. He thought my request to get my package scanned was humorous and he continued to chuckle as he repeated to me (while on his phone), “bye, we’re closed now”. The boy had his phone to attend, a life to live and was not going to be bothered with work responsibilities. I don’t understand why they would leave such an irresponsible, unprofessional and disrespectful person in charge. The boy could care less if a customer was there, if the door was left open, or what the closing time was. I’m sure there are cameras in the store and everything I say can be verified, but I just don’t think the young man gave a poop about the manner in which he handled me as a customer or his responsibilities closing the store. Does the owner of the store even care? I normally don’t require UPS services, but if I ever find myself needing to ship something, I can assure you it will not be with UPS.

  I would give this place zero stars if I could. Very unprofessional and I will not be using their services again.
