Today, I tried to send back something to a retailer with a prepaid label. The postal worker clearly didn't understand that the labels for returns are automated. It's not like buying a custom label at the post office. How do they not know how returns by mail work? So sad. I generally support the idea of the post office but the customer service quality and problems are inexcusable.
