- JBJoy BFeb 11, 20261.0I've been in this particular branch several times and the curt unfriendliness is consistent, not a one off. The woman behind the desk has NO customer service orientation. While ringing you up, the satisfaction survey comes up, she stands over it and directs the customer to choose, THEN customer pays. There is no anonymity to make a thoughtful (and truthful) selection because of the awkward monitoring of this woman. It is an impatient interaction and I regularly feel as though I am putting her out. Why does going to the post office have to be contentious? Why do customers have to pick one of three emojis to indicate their level of satisfaction while she stands over the machine and watches? When I can, I now go to UPS. They are friendly and want my business.

The employee was terribly slow, inefficient, rude and unhelpful, making me take three times as long as necessary and causing me to get a parking ticket.. When I paid with a credit card, She punched ““Good” For her service before I could even reach that section myself. Terrible.
- BBBarabara BartoloniJan 1, 20261.0As an EBay seller for several years I print my own labels, so that I don’t have to stand in line at the post office(I have a copy of label and an assigned tracking number and all pertinent I info) I then drop it off with them and trust that the USPS will scan and deliver items. In the last couple of months two, small packages, padded Manila envelopes simply disappeared. When checking their tracking numbers it indicates that those packages were never received by USPS all with pre printed labels….which tells me they were never scanned as evidence that they were received by USPS. If this had been an isolated issue I would have just shrugged it off. BUT this has happened with mail as well…..What is going on?…. Why isn’t mail being processed and disappearing??? - MSMia SpaceDec 9, 20251.0This is the WORST post office ever. I went in tonight to try to get a PO Box. The woman behind the counter was SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. So unhelpful. I ended up saying 'forget it' and walked out. I wish they would shut down this post office, or hire new staff and fire the current staff. UGH. I will never go back in there. So unfortunate.
