the older lady with short hair is so rude. I may start driving to a further location just to avoid her. God forbid you need some help or make a small mistake because she will yell at you and make you feel stupid. i dont say this lightly, she needs to be fired

This is ridiculous I traveled all the way over here and they’re closed but the store is supposed to be open at 9am! This is bs!

Wow. The reviews are accurate. The woman working there was snarky, condescending, and too busy watching a show on her phone to be bothered to help me. Awful.

I had a very upsetting experience at this location today. The staff member spoke to me slowly and in a tone that felt condescending, as if I couldn’t understand English. When she lent me a pen, she told me not to forget to return it because she had already lost three. That made me feel not only mistrusted, but also like a child or a schoolgirl being watched. Later, she said the way I wrote the number “1” looked like a “7” and told me I should “write it the way we do it here.” That comment made me feel like a stranger, as if I didn’t belong or wasn’t welcome here. I’m a U.S. citizen and an immigrant. My nature is gentle and polite, so I didn’t confront her in the moment—but I left feeling ashamed, anxious, and I even cried afterward. I’m doing my best to call this place my home. Experiences like this make it harder. I always treat others with respect, and I believe people—especially those working in public service—should treat customers with the same courtesy in return. I hope USPS will make sure all employees are trained to treat everyone with the basic respect every human being deserves.
