I tried to buy a money order, printer didn't work, the worker promised me that the transaction was voided & absolutely refused to let me see the receipt. I was moved to a different window, was not helped promptly, and then I was processed at another window. Now, of course, I have been charged twice. All the workers' promises were false. They were clearly incompetent and were just making empty promises when they did not know what to do.

Worst post office experience EVER. There is no staff to help or answer questions, your only option is to wait in line (which may be 10 people long) just to ask a question about packaging. The girl at the window was so incredibly rude, when I didn’t understand something she just kept repeating “I told you!” regarding something she gave me no information on. Then she was clearly irritated with my confusion and when my package was ready, she THREW my package. Not just a toss, she THREW it. How nice it must be to sit behind a window and treat people however you please with seemingly no accountability or consequence. Where do I apply?
