Two weeks after sending a package to California, I got a call saying the package had been returned and waiting for me at the store. They said that they had attempted to deliver it and left a notice and sent emails. My nephew informed me that he hadn't received any notices from UPS. They also said that I (the sender) had also been emailed notices of the situation. That is completely false. They said I needed to pay another $52 in order for the package to be resent. When I complained to their manager, I got nowhere. He acted as though I was lying. I will never use this store again, and will probably use Fed Ex in the future.
