Jimmy is SUPER kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help me and made the process as smooth as possible. Sometimes mundane tasks get made into a great experience when the employees are as great as he is!

I’ve used this UPS Store many times and overall they are useful, but I always seem to run into printer issues. For the last couple of summers, the brothers who work there have been amazing—super helpful and always saving the day. Unfortunately, when they’re back at college, the service level really drops. Today I was in the store for 15 minutes sending over five separate emails with files to print. I even mentioned in my first email that I was already in the store. Not once did anyone tell me the printer wasn’t working. Only after waiting in line did the attendant casually say, “Oh, that’s why the light is on.” With three or four huge printers in the store, I had no way of knowing that myself. On top of that, parking is always a hassle, which makes every visit more frustrating. The staff could really improve communication. A quick, “Just so you know, the printer is down right now” would have saved me time and stress. When the brothers are around, service is fantastic—but consistency the rest of the year is needed.

Run away now. Worst shipping experience of my life. These people took my packages, containing my inheritance from my recently-passed away mother, and held them hostage for 5 months. Why? The explanations from Bear, the manager, shifted with each of nearly a dozen phone calls. First, he said there was a suicide in the office, and they were all in mourning -- can't pack now! Then everybody was sick. Then there was some kind of work disruption. Then they were busy and understaffed because it was Christmas. Then he had either packaged them incorrectly or calculated the shipping cost incorrectly, but would fix that tomorrow! Then, some incredibly unsympathetic rude woman told me I obviously had the wrong UPS, as my boxes weren't even there! This literally went on from October 2024 to March 2025. Every time I called, Bear promised to get me a quote that day, then never called back. I'd call again, the same story. I finally told my brother-in-law what was going on -- he's not as nice as me -- and he went over, liberated my boxes (after another staffer told him that nobody had died), and we shipped them from the OTHER UPS in town, and it took a whopping 5 minutes to get them sent. And UPS corporate, as always, couldn't have cared less that one of their franchisees was clearly not abiding by the terms of the franchise, even though I was able to document the interactions in detail. This store is a disaster. If you don't care if you see your boxes for 5 months, and/or like waiting for 45 minutes while they process your shipment (Bear literally took 45 minutes to do what was mostly a Comcast box return), then this is the place for you! UPDATE: I see the store has now responded, below, asking me to contact them about what happened to me, when it was the store manager himself, named Bear, who provided such horrific service, and whom I was forced to beg for my packages over a five-month period. Are they suggesting that Bear isn't aware of all the phone calls I had with him over the five months he had my packages? And is Bear going to now discipline himself after receiving my email, detailing how poorly he handled this transaction? Please don't suggest that you're not aware of this incident. I'd be happy to publish a verbatim transcript of my phone calls with Bear, if that helps jog his memory. Truly the worst customer service experience of my life.
