She was dismissive and unfriendly—not just to me, but to several customers before and after me. There was no greeting, no courtesy, and her attitude made the entire experience uncomfortable. What bothered me even more was that, after completing my transaction, she quickly pressed the “satisfied” option on the card terminal before I could answer for myself. That was frustrating and unprofessional, especially after such poor service. I normally wouldn’t leave a negative review, but this experience really stood out in a bad way. I hope management looks into this and takes customer service seriously, because this kind of behavior shouldn’t happen at a USPS branch.
