She was dismissive and unfriendly—not just to me, but to several customers before and after me. There was no greeting, no courtesy, and her attitude made the entire experience uncomfortable. What bothered me even more was that, after completing my transaction, she quickly pressed the “satisfied” option on the card terminal before I could answer for myself. That was frustrating and unprofessional, especially after such poor service. I normally wouldn’t leave a negative review, but this experience really stood out in a bad way. I hope management looks into this and takes customer service seriously, because this kind of behavior shouldn’t happen at a USPS branch.

Since I live all the way in Kentucky there's not much I can do other than wait. But this is the second delivery I've had stuck at this place longer than it should've been (I did eventually get my other package though). UPDATE: I received my package today. Still don't like how poorly run this place is though, so I'm not changing my rating.

She said usually these packages are sent back to the vendor if undeliverable. I am so grateful she took the time to find it and said they would deliver it today. My son is going to be so happy when he finds out his gift will arrive on time. Thank you to all the Elk Grove Village USPS workers. So proud to live in this caring town.
