They just scanned a code from my email, took the item, and gave me a receipt. It was much quicker than I expected. Apparently we were supposed to bring the box with this particular return (in the past it had always said no box) and we didn't have it anymore. The guy that was working said he had one we could use that someone else left behind. He was so nice and helpful! We really appreciated it. We'll definitely be back for any shipping needs or Amazon returns in the future.
