Their attitudes were unprofessional and unwelcoming, and they showed zero customer service skills. Instead of helping, they acted annoyed, spoke to me in a condescending way, and made me feel like I was bothering them—despite the store being empty and them clearly chatting with each other. No customer should ever be made to feel foolish or unwelcome for simply asking for help. I expect much better behavior from a FedEx location. Customer service training is seriously needed at this store.

Before my package was even closed, I was told, ‘You’re all set, you can go,’ even though there was no reason to hurry. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome and judged. This location needs serious improvement in professionalism and customer respect.
