When I came in for TSA Precheck, the employees at staples informed me that the TSA PreCheck system is down. I got a bit frustrated with the employee (staples Employee) because I did not receive any text message or email and especially when you have to drive over 30 minute to an appointment. The next day, when I came in for a walk-in, customers with appointments informed me that they were 2 hours behind. When I asked about walk-in list, there was not. One person took over 30 minutes to complete the process; I ended up leaving because it is very unorganized and I have no idea when would be served. I do not recommend staples location for TSA Precheck
