- KCKristian ClardieFeb 4, 20261.0Delivery that didn't require signature wasn't delivered even though I was home. I was eligible to request redelivery and successfully did that but next thing I know the package is available for pickup at the post office.

- CCChelDec 17, 20251.0I've never shipped a package before in my whole life and am fairly shy/quiet. I came in 20 minutes before close and asked the guy at the front desk (bald, dark skin i think) for a little help, just some guidance or a general idea of what I needed to do in order to ship something out for christmas and was told he couldn't help me or do anything until the box was ready. Again he gave me no explanation at all on what I was supposed to do and seemed annoyed at me, again!!! I'm fairly quiet/shy and am polite/respectful towards customer service employees because I've worked that field before and understand how horrible people can be. I tried to guess what I was supposed to do and bought a box and tape, while I got that boxed up it came closing time and when I approached him again I let him know I thought the box was ready now, he told me it needed to be addressed to and from, I didn't know this because again I've never shipped anything before and he didn't give me any information at all. 🥲🥲🥲 I asked if he had a sharpie or something I could write it with and he scoffed annoyed, told me the store was already closed, that he couldn't stay any longer, and told me to come back the next day. I don't have much time in my day before the usps closes their offices, I came as soon as I got out of work. I just wanted some help, I don't have anyone to ask for guidance and had never shipped anything before. I understand people have bad days but I also don't think people like me should be having such awful experiences with their first time trying to just ship out a gift for christmas.
