  Unfortunately, my experience was not good. The employee I interacted with was rude and not helpful. Communication was poor and I felt ignored. I hope management will improve customer service.

  Great experience every time! The staff is very friendly, patient, and helpful. During the Christmas season, I dropped off packages daily—sometimes 20–25 at a time—and they were always polite and welcoming. Unlike some other UPS Stores, they never made me feel uncomfortable and even helped when I had a lot of packages. Highly recommended

  I had a good experience at this UPS store during my drop-off and was waiting in line while being served. The service was quick and efficient, and I appreciate the owner, staff, and trainee for their efforts. I did notice the new employee seemed a bit confused and asked a senior staff member for help; while she did assist, her tone felt slightly impatient. This is a small thing, but a more supportive approach from senior staff, and some attention from management to encourage positive training interactions, would make the experience even better. Overall, the service was very good and much appreciated. :)

  Charging $2.40 to print a paper is outrageous. The $2 was just to accept the email you sent. Your worst then the currency exchange! Never again I’ll go to the library and print for $.10 next time.
