I would like to leave a great review for our mail carrier, Marion Fulk. Ever since Marion took over our apartment route, the difference has been incredible. Our mail is delivered promptly and consistently, and packages are always delivered to the correct address. We’ve never had a package go missing since she’s been on our route. Before Marion, we frequently had issues with mail being lost or packages delivered to the wrong apartments, which was very frustrating. That has completely changed thanks to her professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability. Marion truly goes above and beyond, and it shows. We really appreciate her hard work and dedication—she’s made a big positive impact on our community.

Didn't get our water bill in our mailbox, so we forgot to pay it on time. I checked informed delivery email today and see a delinquent notice coming, but the shut off date is for today. Called the water department and they said they sent the notice out 9 days ago so they are not sure why the post office took so long. The weather was fine besides one day, so I don't know their excuse since the phone number is a automated 800 number ...

I wish I could do zero stars. I want to know why this post office thinks that it's not a big deal for packages to be delivered to the wrong address.Back pedalling with a whatever attitude.I would love to know whom I can speak with to get this handled.

Changing my review to reflect the very late mail and mail that never showed up.

We do ALOT of business in this office probably daily one of us visit . I'm not the kind of person to complain and this is a last straw for me due to the fact that I did work for the Postal Service in a few different positions. I will start doing my business elsewhere and encourage others to do so as well Charlie is the worst customer service worker I think I have ever seen in any industry the treatment that I have gotten from him myself I can deal with other than the fact that it is aggravating he is permitted to continue to treat people in that way and I mean almost every person he waits on. You shouldn't be made to feel like your stupid have someone working customer service roll their eyes constantly look at their watch at closing. I spent many days after hours helping customers. I as a matter of fact have never seen him one time treat any customer with any kind of respect or kindness and frankly I get embarrassed for these people the other workers are standing there and see and hear him do this daily some you can tell are annoyed and some just act like it is nothing. It's a shame this is allowed to go on I enjoy going to the Effingham office because it's close however I will gladly go to T-town or Newton where people actually treat you well and treat others well in front of you. I'm shocked he is allowed to continue this and I know this treatment has to carry to co workers. Again I am not ever the type to complain I will no longer keep going to this office and be treated this way nor watch others be treated that way. Only giving one star because I have to otherwise would be a zero if this employee didn't work here I would give a four or five.
