  People were nice but had many things to be shredded and had a printed coupon for 25% off shredding. They said “we don’t take coupons for shredding!” But they took my $90+. Don’t bother to print the coupon.

  The customer service here is fantastic!! I’m glad that they closed the Davenport location at the northpark mall. The people that helped me packed and help me sealed all items that I had to returned with kindness and patients not like the Davenport location. The store was neat and clean and well organized. I appreciate the gentleman that did everything for me 👍 will recommend you guys to everyone .

  I appreciate the wonderful customer service I receive every time I drop off a package here. This team knows their stuff and in my experience the lines always move quickly so the wait for service is never very long.
