We are waiting for a very important letter and was shown that it was delivered 8 days ago!! It was never received. A couple of packages missing too(yes I checked with the neighbors). Went in one day to see why one of my packages was missing and the guy at the front counter was EXTREMELY rude.

Went up to the facility just to be told that everything that got there this morning was delivered which is complete bs. The people are terrible at their jobs:)

I have made three appointments to get his passport application sent in, and all three appointment have been canceled by them right before the appointment time. I have never dealt with this level of incompetence and unreliablility. I will likely need to send him somewhere else to get this done since they clearly cannot be counted on to do their jobs. This is so disappointing. One cancelation is understandable. I get that things happen. Three cancelations is simply incompetence.
