  I’m really disappointed with UPS over a recent charge. I was billed $3.50 just to receive an email notification, which honestly feels unreasonable and unnecessary. Charging customers for something so basic is frustrating and not what I expect from a company like this. That said, I do want to mention that the employees I interacted with were professional and helpful. They did their job well and treated me with respect. Overall, the service from staff was good, but these extra fees leave a bad impression and should be reconsidered.
