Really hard to believe but it happened. Edit: Sent a complaint via USPS website. Got a canned reply. " Dear Mr. HH, unfortunately on that day we did not have anyone to provide window service due to unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for any inconveniences that this may have caused. Thank you. Mr. Davis " As you can see in the reviews here, not a one time thing. Bad.
