  Poor customer service!! I really miss the previous owner!! He was attentive and really tried to ensure his customers got their needs met. These stores are literally everywhere. Don’t waste your time at this location. Quality has really gone down.

  Bad customer service. And now just finding out they have been renting out my box to someone else as well! 2 of us paying for 1 box! All my sensitive info is being compromised! I better get a refund for the last 2 yrs of this. I was just able to figure this out I thought it happend a couple of times by mistake but NO they allow another person access to my box and that person also thinks it's their box!

  The customer service here was absolute trash, my mom came home so upset after an employee named Max treated her disgustingly. I also see multiple one star reviews concerning the same issue. The problem needs to be solved.
