- ASallie sabiaJun 4, 20251.0Every time I visit this location, I’m consistently disappointed by the lack of basic customer service. I’m never greeted, and the staff rarely acknowledges my presence. This morning was particularly unpleasant—when I walked in and said “good morning,” the woman with pigtails responded with a smug expression and didn’t even make eye contact. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one was far from welcoming. It’s disappointing to see how much this place lacks in terms of customer care.

- MGMatt GilmartinJun 23, 20175.0Yesterday I had to send my AT&T U-Verse equipment back, and I was in the area. I was a little nervous going in here as the reviews are terrible. I think this location might have a new owner, or at least the guy got trained on customer service because this was a really good experience. I'm only writing this because I feel like the guy might have just bought the store and is going to get killed on reviews. I came in and noticed the gravel parking lot- there's a sign in the store that says that lot is owned by the City of Downers Grove, and if you want to park in their lot that is paved, it's on the other side of the building. The guy I met was definitely the owner as he said he owned a few other stores and was looking for good internet service. He was definitely polite, friendly, and got me out the door fast. If you gave this place a bad review, I'd suggest trying again- it's either new ownership or the guy did a 180 in personality. I'd come back here- he was nicer than the people in the UPS store by my house.
