- RSRaj ShankarJul 23, 20251.0On July 23, 2025, my package was falsely marked as “delivery attempted” at 2:57 PM by USPS. I was home the entire time — no knock, no doorbell, no notice left. I contacted Amazon, who confirmed the carrier “ran into an issue” and did NOT actually attempt delivery. This is blatant dishonesty and falsification of tracking records, and now I may never receive the item because I’m moving out of state in two days. This post office and their carrier failed me when it mattered most. Time-sensitive deliveries mean nothing to them. I’m now filing formal complaints with the USPS Office of Inspector General, the BBB, and Consumer Affairs. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. If you have anything important to receive — don’t trust this location.

She went above and beyond with communication and taking a vested interest in a logistics situation on package delivery that was out of her control. Rarely do you find someone who cares about outcomes out of kindness and concern. High character and integrity.

- SDStormy DouglasJul 5, 20191.0Treated like garbage. The staff did not help with questions about shipping internationally. The answer I got was "I don't know. Just fill it out." The lady then criticized my handwriting, which was legible but not perfect due to an injury. She also made sounds of disgust as I signed the paperwork because it was taking me a little longer, due to the injury. You would have thought that helping me was the absolute worst thing for her. The staff was short with the other customers as well.
