I have to disagree with the people who are rating this post office low. I have never had an incident that I was treated rudely. Only once did I get a side eye from somebody, and that was because she was helping me and the guy next to her said something to me, and I began talking to him while I was at her window which was rude on my part. The employees are always nice to me. Sure there are times where you can tell they might be overwhelmed or are alone at the desk with a line. We’re all human. But I have witnessed people treat them like garbage. Angry because they didn’t get their mail and took it out on the people at the desk as if they have anything to do with it. But always, I see them trying to help and not losing their cool. Another person came in angry, because he didn’t get his mail when he moved, and the agent at the desk asked him if he filled out the change of address form, He lost his mind and insisted he did, but then asked how he can do it and the agent told him he could do it online and before the agent could tell him “OR” he could fill out a form, the guy called him incompetent and stormed out of the post office. I think people need to really think about how they are approaching the people working behind the desk. I can assure you, you probably caused any negativity you might have received.

Toxic rude and uncaring staff at this location. They make it very clear that A) they DON'T want to help you in any way. B) requests for assistance will be met with eye rolls, absolutely NASTY attitudes and barely any direction for next steps to solve what ever issue you may have. I feel bad for the few nice folks who actually have to work alongside these "employees". There is a kind and professional way to give your customers information. The only thing these guys know how to say is "I can't help you". USPS you need to clean house at this location.

It couldn't be worse. A lot of mail containing documents and parcels isn't delivered and is stolen from this post office. It's absolutely disgusting. If only there were another postal service alternative to USPS, but for some reason, international packages and letters, even within the US, still end up with USPS, especially at this post office, as if they were some kind of hole, and are stolen. Even though the postman claims to have delivered them. The USPS has terrible website and email settings for mail and package delivery, but they thoughtfully "forgot" to include options for non-delivery of letters and packages. USPS customer service doesn't work for people. People, do you think your letter will arrive where and when it needs to? No, you're wrong :(. I sent my letter from this post office's mailboxes, and «thanks» to these post office employees, my letter ended up in Georgia, USA. And there was a stamp indicating it was sent from Georgia ,USA . When all I needed to do was deliver the letter to a neighboring town forty miles away from this post office . And the letter took fourteen days to arrive, not three days So evaluate this post office and think about what might be better than sending your letters from other post offices. I get the impression that there is sabotage at this post office and there is no other way.
