- LCLance ConnettSep 19, 20245.0I ship a lot of packages, and I've always received good service. All of the woman that have worked there the past 5 years were very friendly, and helpful. There has been about 3 or 4 different ladies, they were all great. There was one guy that worked there for a little while(I dont think he's there anymore) that could come off kinda rude, but it wasn't that bad. Not everyone has the best people skills, so I won't hold it against them. The mail lady Laurie is so good to my family. She works so hard delivering everyones packages, and always has a smile on her face. We never receive damage items. We love her. 5 stars from me.
- BDBen DunlapAug 16, 20221.0Terrible service in Delavan. Packages always show up smashed. Last packages were left inches from the road and products were damaged. USPS help line is worthless and local branch doesn't even have a voicemail. I have even gotten a note from Carrier complaining about my garbage cans being in the at on trash day. Sorry but the truck has to turn around to get to them so on trash day you may have to lean out the window. Never had this issue in Peoria, Washington, or East Peoria. I have never left a bad review before but this is getting to be a major issue. I should have started documenting issues from the beginning but didn't think it would turn into such a headache. I know Randy the district manager for our area so hopefully this gets resolved before I have to bug him personally.
- AWAdele WOct 10, 20195.0It is a joy to visit the Delavan post office and interact with other members of the community. Miss Tina and Miss Jenn are friendly, polite and helpful! On a recent trip, they helped me figure out a way to ship back a book at a lower cost. I appreciate their honesty!
