In regards to my visit today everything went great! Keoshia and the other employee at the counter were very helpful in guiding us through sending a priority mail package and telling us where the materials we needed were. Made the process go by very quickly.

One person at the counter - new customer service or teller (whatever her title is). Most unpleasant, sits on a chair and doesn't budge to assist people with packages or queries or the elderly. This lady gives loud instructions to clients to leave their packages in the indoor mail slots BUT since it was not removed by the staff inside, the next client struggled. Additionally, this lady is argumentative with no base. No manners (please, thank you etc.) The service is soooooo slow at this USPS and you need people like Andrew (left) or Yvonne (retired) who were efficient, friendly and professional. You also need back-ups, lines and wait time is ridiculous. Thank you! Feb 25, 2025 After communicating (online email) with the office of the Inspector General, additional customer service associates were added to the tellers / counters. Thank you for attending to it. I was at the post office at the end of last week, to find the same rude, impolite and argumentative lady, Keoisa, at the counter - the front end of the local Post Office. All I asked for was for her to please weigh a letter (greeting card), instead, she said, I have the wrong postage since it is going abroad. As per USPS online guidelines:- "As a rule of thumb, you can send a 1 oz letter (4 sheets of regular printer paper and a business-sized envelope) or a postcard—to any country in the world—for 1 First-Class Mail® Global Forever stamp (currently $1.65). You can also use any other combination of stamps that adds up to $1.65." Keoisa, has her AirPods in her ear, one can't tell who is she speaking to? customer or someone over the phone. It was definitely a personal conversation. There was a new young guy at the desk, I think his name is CJ - polite and helpful, she felt she had the right to discipline him in front of customers!!! I don't believe she is his supervisor. I refrain from using USPS in Deerfield when I come across this lady. Standing in line, many customers say and feel the same. She should probably not serve people in the front and probably not take calls since her lack of mannerism and respect are clearly noticed. Thank you!
